The group of students are having fun learning the Poem of the Week. This has been a task to develop vocabulary and enjoy the repetition and rhyme in the texts.
The first week we had two students who managed to learn the entire poem and commit to memory in one night! Congratulations Sophie and Adam! I hope the whanau are also enjoying the poetry! We were all chanting this in our heads!
The students have embraced the challenge and loved performing our poem to a variety of audiences around the school. Thanks for your support at home!
